humpday

I've been remiss in my posting again haven't I...Things around here have gotten so busy for me. Edits on Maryna are still trickling in so I've been working on those. I also have a book on working on to submit to one of the New York houses by years end. It's so hard for me to keep on task because I'm constantly being pulled into another direction.

I hope that I can pull my head from the basement and focus on the important things. Right now all I want to do is lay down and close my eyes for the next eight hours. Maybe I will. No one said I have to sit on the computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, right? I'll take a whirlpool, then a nice long shower and relax on the sofa for a while.

Unfortunately for me I can't work that way. If I'm not working on the computer and I don't clean up the house I feel like I'm wasting the day.

huh...force myself to try and write or force myself to relax in a steamy tub, scented candles, a good book, a long soak, a cleansing shower and the afternoon snuggled on the sofa...yeah, hard choice that. That was not sarcasm.

Guess I'll see what I can convince myself to do.
