Hot chocolate, a warm blanket

and a pair of squishy mucklucks are all a gal needs on a chilly winters day.

There's still ice crusted snow on the ground. Seems that the sun melts it slightly only for it to refreeze over night.

I thought I'd share a couple of pictures with you. I've spoken from time to time about my cakes that I make for different occasions. Below are the ones I made for my parents anniversary and for the Christmas party I went to this past weekend.

We've also established that I have a strange sense of humor so with that thought in mind
I'd like to introduce you all to a friend of mine. His name is Skully and he's all ready for the holiday season.

While you can't see him, Mike from Monsters Inc is sitting on the desk near him. Therefor it's Mike and Skully...baddadumshi...

December 15th will soon be here and so will the release of Dear Micah!!! I'm so excited about this book. I get excited about all my books but this one is really special to me.

I should probably take off now. I've got some more work ahead of me.
