To Create a Seperate blog...

Or not to create one, that is the question. A friend of mine, author Rebecca Goings and I have both have new series being released the debut books are scheduled for October release dates. She's got this AMAZING blog http://beastseries.blogspot.com and I absolutely love it. I was trying to think of an idea to spread around my new series Elemental Desires and Becka suggested I create one for my girls. I'm on the fence about it. Maybe I'll make up my mind one way or the other eventually.

For now I'm just going to post information here. Storm is the first book and as the time gets closer for me to see it released the more my heart pounds, my palms sweat and my stomach rolls. Nerves are such a pleasant thing...LOL

I'm really so excited for the release I can barely contain myself! I want to do something fun and exciting but my mind is whirling on ideas. so while we wait for that, how about we do some fun stuff?

Why witches...I've always loved witches. Samantha Stephens, Aunt Clara, Veronica Lake (really she played a witch in the movie I Married A Witch.) Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Charmed, are just a few of the things that fuel my love of witches. One day I was trying to come up with an idea on how to include my aunts and mom in my books and I was like hmm... four sisters....witches....ok something's clicking here. Before I knew it the idea for the series had been born and I've been moving forward every since. Now, in a matter of weeks Storm will be released!!! WOOHOOO

From now until the release date I'll be posting fun tidbits, maybe some excerpts and some trivia all about witches so stay tuned!

I need to be heading out for today, work that has been ignored is calling for me. Unfortunately it isn't the fun kind of work either. Laundry, dishes, vacuuming, all those nasty chores required in keeping a house running...
