Leaving again...

My mom is planning a drive to Arkansas this weekend. My brother and his family will be at my grandparents place for the weekend, my dad is already there so mom decided she wanted to go visiting. Of course with it being an almost 6 hour drive she shouldn't go alone so I'm going with her. I swear I've done more travelling in this past year than I've done in my lifetime!

So I have to get as much caught up on my work as possible so I can pack and enjoy my trip. Of course this time I'm taking my little notebook computer along. It's small, it's old and it's wearing out, but as long as it works I'm going to hang on to it. My Santa wish list is for a new laptop computer and promotional ink pens to give out at my book signing.

I'll have to get some things printed up and ready for my special day. 40 days until the big event! Nerves are beginning to act up already. I have to push them aside or I won't be able to concentrate on anything else. I'll be assembling a gift basket as a prize for anyone who attends. Man, I hope I have some entries! It will be truly embaressing if the only ones who show are my family and closest friends.

Laundry and packing list are calling so I best be off.
