Heavy Ranting below

Things just never seem to slow down. It always seems that I'm going from one thing to another and right before that is done I'm hit with something else.

So I could regale you with the low place my world is currently in, or I could find something else to write about.

I know I've said this in the past. I wasn't going to let my personal and political views out on this blog. I was trying to keep from being controversial. From being offensive. But I'm pissed. Damned pissed and I think I have every right to be.

I've always been proud of my country. In recent years with certain political heads who played dress up in the White House its been very hard to support my government and my people. Its getting harder every day. (And trust me this upcoming election really sucks. There's not a one of them worth a tinker's damn. The hard part is going to be determining which one is lying the least. (I know who will not be getting my votes. I don't trust her any further than I could throw her and I can't stomach his lies.) so it's tough.)

Anyway,American workmanship used to mean something. We used to have pride in showing that not only could we stand on our own we could lend a hand when it was needed. That's no longer the case. Our companies are being allowed to out source jobs to foreign nations and these nations are bringing in people to take jobs away from Americans.

I'm not even going to attack the illegal immigration deal. Everyone knows how I feel on this point. I'm not going to attack the fact that America was established as an ENGLISH speaking country and EVERYONE should be required to learn and speak the language. No more of this please press 1 for Spanish, 2 for French, 3 for German, and oh yeah 4 for English.

No the thing I'm angry about is big business. Specifically my husband's employer. I will not name this company so don't look for or even ask. I will say this corporation is currently in the process of laying off tens of thousands of employees. They claim funds have begun to recede. BUT the big Muckety Mucks received bonuses of a MILLION, yes people a MILLION+ dollars while the common every day employee had their bonuses denied. They continue to pay HUNDREDS of thousands of dollars to be a NASCAR sponsor, but they don't have the money to keep employees.

They shipped AMERICAN jobs to INDIA! BUT that's not the real and true kicker for me. That's not the thing that has me so twisted up in knots I want to scream, to throw up, to protest as loudly as possible. No. The real thing that should make this completely criminal? The phone calls we receive FROM INDIA! The foreign employees aren't even DOING the jobs that are being out sourced! They call here at all hours and my husband has to do THEIR job while he is facing budget cuts, no bonuses, no raises in anything but health insurance costs.

My husband works for an AMERICAN corporation who is laying off AMERICAN employees to send jobs overseas to people who are being paid much less and AREN'T doing the work!

The politicians should stop their lies, stop their bullshit of sending support to foreign nations, most of whom hate us anyway, and start taking care of our own. Charity begins at home and with the way things are going its not going to be long before 90% of the American population will be living off charity.

There has to be a way to stop this. I don't know how. I do know I'm absolutely terrified. If you remember your history America was invaded by Europeans who took the land from the natives, forced them out of their homes, out of their lives and into hovels, into slavery, into oppression, into death, while the “settlers” established themselves.

Look at the immigration, the foreign nationals coming in here with their business, their employees, and their manufactured goods. Look at the jobs that are being taken away from Americans and given to these foreign nationals. Look at the Americans who are being forced out of their homes because their jobs were lost, their income drastically cut or stopped completely. The fact that we cannot afford gasoline to take us to jobs where we make less than ever before.

History is going to repeat itself and the politicians are turning a blind eye to it all. When is it going to stop? When it's too late?

Yes, I'm ranting. Yes, I'm furious. Yes, I may have offended you. But you know what? I'm tired. I'm tired and scared. I'm tired, scared, and ANGRY.

Bring our soldiers home and let them do the job of protecting our borders, bring in politicians who actually give a damn about America for Americans and lets get our people back to work and secure. Let the rest of the world handle their own problems and lets keep our noses in our businesses!
