Tin Man?

Did you watch the mini-series? I did and I actually enjoyed it. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about another look at The Wizard of Oz but it was very enjoyable. I'd watch it again. Of course as with anything it had its issues.

Zooey Dechanel (DG) would have been more enjoyable if she hadn't appeared so wooden. It was almost like she was this robot who only had three looks and movements.

Neal McDonough (Tin Man Wyatt Cain) This movie series was called Tin Man. I would have liked to see more of him. (How hot did he look with that hat on??? I have thing for men in hats--not the music group)

Alan Cumming (Glitch/Ambrose) He was so cute. I loved Glitch. Ambrose-not so much. Sure he was only Ambrose for a couple of minutes and we didn't get to explore him but from the picture with the queen. The memory of his life before brain surgery, the connection with his brain. Just didnt do much for me.

Rauol Trujillo (Raw) I thought he was adorable. He wasn't the bravest. Of course he was supposed to be a parallel to Cowardly Lion. He was just a huge fluff ball. his speech patterns were a little off. But it was okay. And have you seen him without his Raw makeup? It took me FOREVER to find images of him sans makeup. He isn't too hard on the eyes.

Kathleen Robertson (Azkadellia) She's beautiful. Actually it was hard to find issues with her character. My problem with her was the wardrobe. How on earth did she manage to walk in those gowns?

Anna Glavin (Lavender Eyes) DG's mom. Queen. It would have been nice to have a name for her other than Lavender Eyes.

The movie did make me think man I wish they'd do a sequel. There is so much more to be explored. Hey Sci Fi! How about a sequel. Show Tin Man as DG's security detail head. Show me what happens to Glitch. Is he reconnected with his brain and become Ambrose once more? How does Raw deal with going back to his people?

What about all those characters who were Azkadellia's followers? Surely they didn't just pick up and say--Hey! Lets all be good now...

Mind if I write a sequel? Huh? I have all kinds of ideas. Contact me at donica_covey@sbcglobal.net LOL yeah I'll be waiting for that email....

Have a great week!
