Fall in the air

Colors of the Season

Fall brings all sorts of wonderful changes to the world. Colors become brighter and despite the chill they seem to warm. I’ve noticed so many colors I thought I’d share them. These are not just from the trees. The ones that don’t seem “common” typically thought of as tree leaves I’ll note.

1. Red
2. Orange
3. Gold
4. Cream--the half moon appears to be a cream color
5. Yellow--the harvest moon
6. Purple--I have no idea what the tree is but there is one around here that its fall leaves are purple. It's amazing. I'll have to see if I can get a snap of it before the leaves are all gone.
7. Burgundy--the chrysanthemums that bloom in the fall
8. Brown
9. Dark pink--the final blooms of the late roses
10. Steel blue--a deep fall sky
11. Blue green--the evergreen trees
12. Deep green--the juniper before
13. Light gray brown--the bark of the empty tree branches
