T13 Latin Insults

This weeks Latin lesson: How to be insulting and if you don't like them well then Re vera, cara mea, mea nil refert (and if you want a translation on that one, check in next week!

1. Bene, cum Latine nescias, nolo manus meas in te maculare - Well, if you don't understand plain Latin, I'm not going to dirty my hands on you

2. Me oportet propter praeceptum te nocere - I'm going to have to hurt you on principle

3. Non Gradus Anus Rodentum! - Not Worth A Rats Ass!

4. Pone ubi sol non lucet! - Put it where the sun don't shine!

5. Quisque comoedum est - Everybody is a comedian

6. Qualem blennum! - What a doofus!

7. Qualem muleirculam! - What a bimbo!

8. Tu, rattus turpis! - You dirty rat!

9. Tua mater tam antiquior ut linguam latine loquatur - Your mother is so old she speaks Latin

10. Tua toga suspina est - Your toga is backwards

11. Tum podem extulit horridulum - You are talking shit

12. Verveces tui similes pro ientaculo mihi appositi sunt - I have jerks like you for breakfast

13. Viri sunt viri - Men are slime

While I realize there are much worse insults out there these are the strongest ones I could actually find. But hey, some of them are pretty good!

Well I'm off for a cyber party today. I've got an open chat going on in my newsletter loop. So if you have time why don't you stop by the loop and drop me a line with your questions, comments, or even jokes (as long as they are PG)

There's also an opening day party at the Magic of Romance loop. A place for all our authors to meet and chat with all our readers. Have you joined that loop? If you want to join my newsletter loop you can head over to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/donicacovey/ and join in the fun.

For the other festivities at the Magic of Romance loop go to: http://groups.google.com/group/themagicofromance

Hope to see you at one or both of the gatherings!

Huggles,
Donica

He, he, some of them really are pretty good! I even remembered enough latin to guess what some of them meant. I'm very proud of myself right now. LOL
I just wish I could remember any of those when I actually need them to insult somebody.

LOVE them. Your toga's on backwards is my favorite, I think. I can totally see saying that one, totally straight-faced. Awesome.
