I’ve been struggling with Betraying Chase for a little while now. The story was stalling, lagging and basically not going anywhere. Then a short time ago Brandy spoke up and said, “listen, its time I let him know some things and we’ve got to have this out.”
So I opened the book file and I’ll be danged if the chapter didn’t take on a life of its own and just flow from my fingertips! I had no idea the skeletons Brandy had in her closet. And Chases reactions to her news? PRICELESS!!! Its now 11 pages later and the story is still clicking right along.
I’m hoping that it continues on at this pace. If it does I should be finished with the first draft in no time! Only 190 more pages before I hit the 60,000 word count goal for this book!
