Halloween

I LOVE Halloween! To me it’s the most fun day of the year. Not only can I be myself without odd looks from people I love the scary aspect of it! The history of Halloween fascinates me to no end and all my favorite movies are there to be found, watched and shared. Music that you can’t get any other time of the year, like Monster Mash, you can find with ease and enjoy completely.

I’m still waiting on word from Samhain and my nerves are frayed. Every new email brings on feelings of dread and excitement. It can only be compared with a kid waiting on Christmas and afraid they won’t get that one thing that they wanted the most.

Tonight my daughter is going out with my best friend’s kids. DD is almost 15 and her dad was saying that she was too old to go trick or treating. We got around it without much trouble from him. So we have to eat supper earlier than planned.
